I'll go first.

Sainsburies 'Sugar & Fat Free Marshmallows'

They are lovely, oh so lovely, and you can eat 12 for 1 point.

Can you eat cantalope/watermelon until its coming out of your ears, and it doesn't could towards a single point? This cant be true?

It's not true, I'm afraid - canteloupe is 0.5 per medium slice and watermelon is 1 per medium slice.

ziopin · 09/01/2008 10:43

Oh no . I've just eaten 3 slices!! Bummer!

naughtynoonoo · 09/01/2008 16:40

hope i haven't killed this thread, was looking for a lot of 1 pointer ideas!

katylessbumpy · 09/01/2008 16:42

mushrooms with laughing cow cheese triangle and a sprinkle of garlic salt .1/2 point .yum

BernieBear · 09/01/2008 16:43

Have a vague memory of a chocolate ice lolly being 1/2 a point or one point. Skinny Cow I think.

colditz · 09/01/2008 16:44

4 crabsticks, 1/2 a point.

I have non-traditional tastes when it comes to treats!

NiftyNanny · 09/01/2008 22:33

I've found these little pots of "coco de nata" pudding in China Town. They're like a kind of milky jelly, but set with seaweed extract so they're vegetarian.

The Papaya ones are SOOO nice, only 1pt and they have gorgeous chunks of coconut and papaya in them.

Otherwise, I like Activia Fat Free Yoghurts (1pt)
Cup of Hot Chocolate - sometimes I prefer Options to Highlights or vice versa. They're a point each but I'm going to try the 0.5 a serving Waitrose own brand one......

Alpen Light bars are 1pt - I like Choc Orange because they feel naughtier than they are.

NiftyNanny · 09/01/2008 22:37

The trouble I have is that mousse and things tend to have gelatin in them yes, I snack on fruit but sometimes (like TOTM) you just want something naughty!! But don't want to use up all your points.

A slice of Nimble with Flora Light is a good snack sometimes too. . . . . if you can stick to one!

Celery spread with low fat cream cheese... or chutney!
