Ive been calorie counting since Jan and lost about 10lbs. Im going to stay with my partner and his family this weekend for a couple of days but its spiking my anxiety I know there will be lots of takeaways, meals out etc. And I wont be in control of the calories. Im going to make sure to do lots of walking, drink water, smaller portions et. But does anyone else have advice on how to deal with this?

Why not just relax and enjoy those few days ?
Be mindful of portion size and choose options that are better to suit your plan

It's only a couple of days , please enjoy it rather than stress about calories

You may even find when you get home and back on track you have a bit of a boost , sometimes it takes a bit of a wobble to get weight loss moving agin

Enjoy your weekend , that's the important thing 💐

Concentrate on protein - it will keep you feeling full. Lots of water 2-2.5 liters a day. Will also keep you feeling full. Then you will naturally eat less.
