Hi People ! So as the title says after a horrendous 12 months of having a miscarriage to getting covid, things have been tough but now I'm at a place where i have seen how much i have gained , almost 2 and a half stone since last September :-/ ... I really need some tips to get kick started , i'm slowly recovering , but I do know that weight is causing an issue for me both physically and mentally .. any tips greatly appreciated x

There is an argument that motivation comes from action not vice versa.

Make a small change e.g. walk for 20 minutes a couple of times a week. Gradually increase that to daily and at least 30 minutes.

Then build another habit, e.g. more veg on the plate and a bit less carbs

Try to see it as a long term change for a healthy life. One step at a time.
