I started this about 10 days ago.

I think you could probably do it free of charge using low carb meals apart from after exercise and the workouts on YouTube but I think the structure is good for me and whilst it’s on sale it doesn’t work out too much per month.

I have vegan options for meals and the food is good and there is a combine your own option as well.

I've been on the app since December 2020 and I think it's brilliant! If you have any questions let me know

There is also a really supportive Facebook group and people are posting some very inspiring photos. There are three levels beginners, intermediate and advanced and they have cycles which I think get harder and then start getting harder and involving weights. Most of the exercises can be modified as well.

I started on beginners cycle 1 and that lasts a month. I can’t do a proper push up so I do those on my knees as the easier option but I can plank so I do a proper plank so I do that.

I think in terms of pounds per month it’s a great investment in yourself. Joe is also very positive and encouraging so that does help.
