Hi wondered if anyone was doing Exante at the mo?

I have a code which can be used with the other discount codes (google discount codes exante there are a few- I usually use the 99PMEAL one)

I lost 22lb in 6 weeks with Exante last year, it's hardcore and gives you rather unpleasant side effects regarding toileting 😂
It's very good as a kick start but I've put the weight back on a year later, don't think I could do it again though as now beck in the office and due to side effects I'd not want to risk being at work on the diet 😬

Good to hear about the weight loss, yes it can have that side effect I find if eat too many of the bars particularly!

I have lost 5½ stones so far. It's working great for me. Only have one bar a day most days to avoid gastrointestinal rumblings. Good luck to anyone starting on the journey 🙂

That's great! I'm finding it too tough doing the just exante plan and having one meal a day.

Hi I have started this today, I got the 2 week starter back so you get a mixture of things.

I've not done meal replacements before but I have nearly 4 stone to lose and I'm addicted to food so I felt I need to move away from proper food and have a chance to reset. I'm also someone who gives up if I don't see quick results so really hoping this will work for me!

Hi I found the first 2 days pretty easy, 3 products plus a high protein meal/snack. But today is day 3 and I'm struggling a bit, feeling really hungry and a bit shaky. I'm determined to stick it out though. Was only going to weigh myself weekly but might to it tomorrow morning to (hopefully) give myself a boost!

I started back on it today. I'm 2 shakes down and going to have the other in a minute but I'm not hungry! I've got salad too but I don't really want it.

I bought The shakes a year ago and never used them. I really must give this ago.
I constantly binge and about 7 stone overweight.

Thanks blue choc, wondering. If I could have normal salad lunch at work and shake in morning and evening. I really don't want to explain to people at work what I am doing if I don't have my usual Lunch there.

I had a shake at 8
A bar at 11
Another shake at 2
Then chicken and brocolli for dinner tonight
With a lot of coffee and herbal teas

Hoping it comes in at 1000 cals.
I was too scared to myself today but I’ll do it tmrw and report back!

Sounds good the plan about keeping lunch, salad sounds pretty healthy too! I'm doing something similar, either keeping lunch, or a light breakfast or dinner.

The salad today is chopped Cucumber, carrot, tomatoes and pepper with some Humous. I really need to go shopping!!

What's your fav shake. I haven't tried any yet and can't even remember what I ordered! Do you add ice?

I think they are much nicer blended with ice. I use a hand blender. I like the banana and strawberry ones.

I like the choc mint one and blend it like @Orangesandlemons77 with ice.
The lemon cheesecake is gross but I have 14 More of them to have!!!

Just getting peckish now after my 3 products…

I'm replacing my evening meal with a shake or bar now, having normal breakfast and lunch... finding this is good for costs!- saving a bit of money doing this. as well as hopefully some weight!

I messed up calorie count today and just realised I’m way over as I forgot to factor one stuff in. So annoyed. Not expecting a loss tmrw but going to be super good tmrw with
shake
bar
shake and omelette
and only black coffees (I usually love a latte!)

I was 10.13.4 today so least it’s going down

Thing is you're probably still pretty low calorie, yes it's good not to beat ourselves up about stuff.

I'm not even sure with my new plan how many calories I'm having a day.

Maybe breakfast: 400
Lunch: 400
Dinner: Shake- 200

I had some of an Easter egg leftover this afternoon with coffee though. Seem to have this time in the afternoon where I crave sweet things. I have some of these sugar free sweets so maybe I'll try some of them next time. Or an apple.

I’m 11.12.2 today . (Earlier was a typo). So I’ve lost 3.5 pounds in 6 days which I suppose is fine! I have also had odd day I’ve not counted everything or had a little something but in general I’m sticking with 2 Exante products and 1 ow cal meal and then 1 snack so I’m having about 1000.
I go on holiday on sat - I wonder if I can loose another 3 by then? Would love that! My bmi goes to 26 then and so 25 seems closer though I’m aiming to get to 23 where I was many years ago!
how is everyone else doing?

Morning all,
I'm starting again this week. I currently have a BMI of 28 and want to lose 2stone.

My plan is:
Product for Breakfast
Product for Lunch
Then a low cal/fat evening meal of 400
Snacks and skimmed milk to make up 200

Does that sound okay or should I do the 3 products and 200 cal meal
