Paul Mckenna success stories?

I have about 1.5 stones to lose. I joined SW last week but all I have done since then is think about food. It's clearly not sustainable long term. I can't see fats as the enemy like they seem to. I have tried CC on nutracheck and MFP. I just can't stand anything that requires so much focus on food. I know I eat way too fast and I know why I do it too. I used to get told off for leaving food on my plate when I was younger and I realised if I ate fast I could fit it all in before I felt full. I feel like Paul Mckenna might help with resetting my attitude towards this. I also emotionally eat - happy? Have a snack. Celebrating? Let's eat out. Feeling stressed? Have a treat. I have ordered I can make you thin and the emotional eating book which should come tomorrow. I have found some old threads on it but wondered if anyone has had success with it recently to spur me on.
