My SW was 11.05
My goal weight is 10
However I'd ideally like to get to around 9.11 morning weight as that puts me at a really comfortable size 10.
Current weight is 10-7 (or it was last Monday at my weigh in).
I love slimming world, I've been REALLY successful on it in the past. However, I have been up and down with this last stone of baby weight like a yo-yo and I just want it gone!
Trouble is, I hate cooking and don't have time for it (single working mum of 2!!!).
Just wanted to start a thread for any like minded people!
My current meals look something like this -
Omelet with cheese, beans and salad
Fried egg with the above
Jacket potato with the above
Skinless chicken thighs with veg
Chicken salad with boiled egg
Stir fry
Stir fry with chicken tikka sauce from Iceland and chicken breast
1 wholemeal slice made into a chicken sandwich and salad
5% fat burger with cheese and veg/salad
Wholemeal pitta with tuna Mayo and salad
I remember seeing an onion bahji recipe from pinch of nom but I've lost that now, they were lovely!
