I want/need to lose about 3 stone. I’ve used WW online before and I love the app - it’s easy to scan in items.
However, I think I am an emotional eater - I eat in the evening when I am tired and/or bored. I also seem to have lost a sense of when I am hungry/full, and even what I really want to eat. I end up eating a load of stodge and carbs just to feel ‘full’ - I can’t remember the last time I really looked forward to a meal (and I do all our cooking!
).
I think cutting out some carbs and having a higher protein diet would benefit me, but I’m a vegetarian on a budget.
Could WW work for me, or Is there something better I could try?
