Hi there - check out slimming worlds own book - low syn snacks - get it from class or phone them on 0870 330 7733. it's £1.75 and it gives you loads of ideas for munchies that are low in syns... hope this helps...

Do you have your classes password for lifeline online, you can use 'syns online' and find all the syn values you'll ever need!
Examples though:
Curly Wurly 6 syns
fudge 6 syns
roses 2.5 each (except the purple one which is 3.5)
chomp 5.5 syns

Most treat size chocolate bars are between 5 and 6 syns, if you like crisps then wotsits and quavers are 5.5 syns and frenchfries are only 4.5.

Hope this helps, I've been attending my Slimming World Class since May 2007 and reached my target a few weeks before Christmas so if you need any tips and ideas let me know, I do mainly green days so could call on you for some red day meals, I'm always stuck for things to eat.
