Can anyone recommend which one of these to start? I have done WW in the past and loved it but there are no workshops anywhere near me at the moment which I feel I need to motivate me. I've also read a few things saying that it has become very similar to SW with a recent change of set up.
6m after my second baby and it's time to shift this weight for good. Calorie counting didn't seem to work and I am not sure why!
