Is anyone else finding it difficult to get back on track after Christmas? I do really well through the day - stick to the diet rigidly, but come evening i'm so tempted by the chocolate and cakes that have been left over and so I go over what i'm supposed to have then feel so disappointed and frustrated with myself. I really don't want to go back to the person I was before the weight started to come off. Please tell me someone is experiencing the same so i'm not the only one!

Lola, you are not the only one. I was soooooo good before the end of November - didn't have biscuits, chockies and cakes and I had a lot of biscuits in Christmas and chocolates - sometimes 6 - one after another. It's hard wnen you open presents for yourself and there are almost always wonderful Swiss or Belgian or indeed English chocolates. I love those with nuts in them and I had some others, better not to discribe or everyone will find it hard to read about! Anyway, we have to do something about it and probably the best is start from tonight, not tomorrow because every day we'll say - tomorrow, so let's start tonight and put the rest of stuff away for Easter-our nxt tempation. From now on - scnacks on fruit, veg or nuts and good quality meals, variety is the key - no boring things to make us feel deprived. let's enjoy the creativity and good luck to all of us.

Will it keep till Easter? If yes, may be you could put it away for now. I'd like to loose 4 kg.

Awww, I know exactly how you feel Lola. Evenings are the hardest for me, too.

I managed to go out the other day and have a couple of drinks, wagamama and a couple of chocolates when I got home and I hadn't gone over my WW points, so it is possible. it's just when I get to the "oh I've used up all my points but I'm still hungry and... I really want the chocolate..." and then I give in that's depressing....
