Four to six stone to go

Here goes,
CW 16st 4
Aiming to get to the top of my BMI range at 12st 7 initially, with an eventual goal of 10-10st7 to take me to the mid/lower of the ideal weight for my height (5’10)

No real “diet” plan, keeping to cooking at home, making right choices & upping exercise as much as possible-a mix of walking, swimming, gym & spinning.

A second child & then covid has meant I plateaued at this heavier weight for the last three years & I’m so ready to get it back. Aiming for reaching the 12st7 my Christmas, with the last two before the summer break in 23, though will tweak this later on in the process.
Hoping I can use this to keep me accountable & hopefully find others on a similar challenge

When you say 4 to 6 stone to go, have you been at a higher weight?

Loosingitall · 20/03/2022 17:41

@TalkToTheHand123 yeah, at my heaviest I was 21st 8lb. That was at the end of pregnancy though-but I have lost almost 25% of my heaviest body weight.

I'll do it with you as I am a similar weight and need a buddy x

Ah, well done for losing so much. I'll just cheer you on while I'm stuck on 16 stone.

Loosingitall · 20/03/2022 19:23

Hello @woodblock thanks for joining me! Are you just starting or mid way? How are things going?

@TalkToTheHand123 Thankyou-I seem to have stalled too in the 16’s, hoping this gives me the kick to get moving downwards again.

I'm sure it will do!

I'm quite tired and have lost very little (if anything now). I just keep telling myself I'd be heavier if I hadn't been doing what I've been doing!
