Please be gentle on me. I've been trying to declutter my clothes and have been trying them on to see whether to keep them. It's dreadful. So many don't fit and just don't do up at the ribs. I badly want to loose weight. My arms are also flabby. I used to hate being too skinny in my 20s and how my ribcage stuck out sometimes - I just seemed to have had a fast metabolism then so ate whatever I wanted and still stayed slim. I want to loose weight quickly. I am considering one of those meal replacement plans. Are they any good? I'd be happy to loose weight and then go back to normal food but being mindful.
