Full choice is where you count all your points.

garlic puree is 1pt per 15ml tbsp
noodles are 2 pts per 40g (dried) medium portion

Core plan is where you can have loads of a set list of regular foods (including potatoes, rice, pasta, and noodles) but in 3 regular meals. Snacking only fruit/veg. You can have up to 21 pts per week to spend on 'extras' - chocolate/wine/butter/bread .. whatever is your particular vice.

HTH

Garlic itself is free, so go to the market and squish up a few fresh cloves. I know it's easier to use the jar stuff sometimes but if you live in London you should be able to get "pound a scoop" men to do you a deal

NiftyNanny · 08/01/2008 14:03

oh, and check that the 5 spice doesn't have sugar in it - some might. if it doesnt i think you can use it willy nilly. if it does, you might want to count it...
