I had a telephone consultation last night to ask for help with weightloss, I am obese, I struggle with a disability that effects me being able to do a lot of physical exercise such as walking, running etc.

She is going to refer me to (Forgotten the name) but basically the team that help with weightloss...
Has anyone been referred before what can I expect?

(doctors have never mentioned that to me despite me also being obese/leg injuries severely hampering exercise) (I looked up WW as I saw a supplement with plan offers, hence it's now fb adverts re)
