Completed my first week on Exante today, been 100% & actually 2 days only had 3 packs instead of 4 & lost what feels like a measly 7lb!
I feel cheated because I also started my period the first day so I would have lost approx 3lb in water weight anyway this week without dieting at all!
I’ll stick with it for now as it is starting to get easier after the first hellish week is out of the way & I know having done it once previously (pre baby) it does work but it is disheartening
When I did it previously I lost 10lbs in first week & at that point I also had less to lose than I do now! My second week loss then was also 5lb, so I honestly thought Id so a stone easily in the first fortnight this time round 🤬
I have at least 3 stone to lose & my starting BMI was 31.2 so its not like I have a small amount to shift!
Anyone else had a similar disappointing start but gone on to consistent good losses?
I have very disordered eating & found last time I did it Exante really reset my relationship with food for the better (until going out of the window with a difficult pregnancy) & I again feel like I need to take food out of the equation for now, so keen to stick with it as long as I can
