Hi all, so over eight by a good 2 stone maybe a bit more, was doing really well in January lost half a stone then fell pregnant-planned but didn't think it would happen immediately-very happy and excited but, I wanted to try loose most of my 2 stone if not half of it before falling pregnant as I wanted to try and be as healthy as possible for my baby and for my body and for when the baby arrives I just wanted to be in the best possible condition for all of it.
This will be my third and final baby, in my previous two pregnancies I put on quite a bit of weight-as you do! But I can't say it was healthy baby weight gain it was me being greedy and taking advantage of the eating for two.
I'm around 8 weeeks now and my god was I have struggled again with good, I can't seem to stomach anything that's good for me just breads, chesse and salty things likes crisps, I'm trying to just have a taste of these things if I really can't curve it with something more healthy but it's hard.
Does anyone have any advice from personal experience what would be the best but safest exercises to do starting form this early stage and throughout without causing harm and any help with food! I don't know why I find it so bloody difficult to just eat healthy but I do! I googled safe exercise last night and I just came up with walking and yoga, which is fine but with 2 little ones already it's quite tricky at times.
Any advice greatly appreciated
