Has anyone tried a Curves gym?

I wondered if they got better results than at a regular gym. I know some women who like them, but I wonder if its because there are no posing men.

TBH they never bother me, (in any sense!) and I think most gym goers are too wrappd up in what they are doing, or talking to the mate they came with.

So, back to the point, Curves or regular gym?

I did it after ds1 was born. found it very effective in such a short time and the ethos and other women were encouraging ++ to maintain 3x weekly sessions. I did stop when i went back to work, as the one near me was only a start up and didn't offer weekend sessions. Would go again like a shot if it did.

Did you not think it was expensive for what it is?

no, because i got so much personal attention and support, it was like very cheap personal training.
