Getting healthy!

So I would like to lose 2 stone, however more importantly than that, I would like to be stronger, healthier!
I know all the basics, need more calories going out than in etc etc. But has anyone actually achieved this and how? Like step by step, what sort of meals did u eat? Which exercises, how often?? I feel in a rut but am so unhappy with myself. I have no energy, so I know I need to work on getting more sleep, and my diet needs work too so I have energy to keep making good choices. I'm not after you tube videos etc unless there is an obvious plan they use, like a mixture of strength and cardio from beginners onwards. Thanks so much 😊

You could track your macros (fat, carbs and protein). Work out what you should be having from each, and plan around that. There's loads of online calculators. I've lost just over a stone doing this.

Exercise it depends on what you can do and what you like? Couch to 5k to start running? Or could you book a personal training session at a gym?
