Lost a load of weight 2 years ago on Cambridge and of course most has gone back on. Have been trying for months to get m6 head back into it but just can’t, I need to learn to eat proper food, properly!
Have dusted off some low GL Patrick Holford books which I felt better when I used years ago. Just makes more sense to eat healthily than to not eat proper food for months.
Any other PH/ low GL-ers out there?
