Cook book for weight loss

I'm a keen cook but need to lose some weight. I cook from scratch every day with recipes from Lorraine Pascal or Mary Berry usually.

Can anyone recommend a cook book based on cooking for healthy weight loss.

Ruth Watson - Fat Girl Slim
Really inspiring recipes, sensible (not crackpot) advice, love her to bits. Have to admit I use her 'Really Helpful Cookbook' more but that is not sadly aimed at weight loss.

I’ve recently got the Fast 800 Easy book which I really like.

Hairy Dieters - the beef Madras is lovely.

I was going to say Hairy Dieters too.

Hairy dieters is good - they don't sacrifice flavour and have some interesting hacks - eg substituting leeks for pasta in lasagna.

I like The Slimming Foodie by Pip Payne and A Change of Appetite by Diana Henry.
