I’ve just started using the Opti-Fast shakes as a meal substitute. So far I’m having one a day at dinner time. I’m eating regular healthy meals for breakfast & lunch. I’m surprised that I feel ok just having the shake for dinner & a piece of fruit. Thought I would be starving!
Does anyone else have experience using this type of meal replacement and if so how did you go.
It’s very early days for me, I have a long way to go but I feel good that I finally am doing something about weight/health. My aim is to feel healthier and have more energy, I want to be able to do more than I currently do in terms of being active, which is presently very little.
Would appreciate hearing any one else’s experience.
I’m not a candidate for weight loss surgery due to other issues so this was be a long process for me.
