Anyone care to share theirs?

Ive discovered nairns fruit/spice oatcakes which really taste like good biscuits instead of 'health food' like the plain ones..yuk

Also, prunes.

I love deglet noir dates from Julian Graves health food shop. They are sticky and very sweet.
Frozen grapes are lovely to.They taste like cold sweets.

Not frozen grapes, cherries, bluberries, raspberries, kiwi fruit.

Plain popcorn - fills you up and has hardly any calories in it. Problem is that you have to be organised and 'pop' it so not really that handy.

Beef Jerky is delicious and really low in fat and calories.
Also I love mussels in vinegar also very low in fat and calories.

carrot sticks with a low fat dip, nice.

fedda · 02/01/2008 19:30

i like carrot sticks without any dip but it doesn't help me be good all the time.

Marshmallow rice krispie cakes.
Melt marshmallows in a bowl over a gently simmering bowl of water and slowly pile in rice krispies until the marshmallows can't take anymore. Tip into a greaseproof lined tin and roughly cut into rectangles. Leave to cool, these are so yummy I couldn't get my hands on them as the DC's were eating them all.

stick of celery with a little bit of philadelphia light spread down the middle

Pickie · 02/01/2008 19:37

corn cakes, very addictive!

Squishy yet 'dried' fruit.

Really crunchy slighty-acidic apples - Braeburn, Granny Smiths etc.

Raw carrots.

Lumps of Cheddar or Cornish Yarg.

Cobnuts - short season so I buy 'em in bulk and gorge myself.

fedda · 02/01/2008 22:54

I'm off to the kitchen to have some grapes.
