So, today I went swimming with DH and DC. I wore a low back swimming costume. It may seem like a little thing but I've had the costume for a couple of years now and every time I've put it on I've chickened out of wearing it and felt low about my 'back rolls'. I then end up in the black gut sucking frumpy one. I've lost 10kg since September a fair amount of which appears to have come off my back!
It feels like an achievement and has given me a boost. What 'little things' have you guys found that has spurred you on?
