A few weeks before DD was born something huge happened in my life that was incredibly stressful. This continued post-pregnancy and as a result of stress eating and pregnancy weight gain I have put on almost 4 stone since the start of my pregnancy. I need to lose at least 3 to be back in a healthy weight range and I now feel mentally strong enough to start to focus on being healthier and to hopefully lose the weight.
However DD is 5 months and I EBF. Does anyone have any tips for losing weight PP whilst breastfeeding? Ideas for meals and snacks?
