Slow weight loss - help!

I'm so close to giving up - I've been cutting back for the last 4 weeks and have started pole fitness twice a week and also doing C25K twice a week and the scales just aren't moving.

I've got nearly 3 stone to lose and have only lost 2 pounds so far. Help!!

I can't do calorie counting due to a previous ED but have really cut back on portion sizes and no snacks plus drinking all the water!

Trying so hard to lose weight healthily this time and make it a long term change to eating habits but my weight just won't move.

I could cry constantly as I'm so disheartened. Any advice would be very gratefully received.

Have you tried measuring yourself? You might be losing inches, rather than pounds?

There is a programme on Irish tv called Operation Transformation. They have 5 "normal" people put on a diet and exercise regime, supposed to lose 2lbs a week.
They put the meal plans and exercise on the website, and the idea is the public can choose which person they identify with and follow their programme.
I haven't done it so can't vouch for it, but might help you as you need to avoid starting calorie counting and good/bad food ideas.
You could just follow their meals and exercise without having to think about it.
Best of luck.
