I am going to Westfield tomorrow for the day and am doing so well with my diet so far its only been a week
I don't want to derail it by getting all hungry shopping with the DDs and then giving into churros and the like. I always, always get hungry walking around there.
I'm planning on having weetabix + banana for breakfast and then getting a skinny latte when we go for a hot choc break but would like to sort definite dinner plans before we leave as I will make wrong and hangry choices otherwise. Any tips please?
I'm a vegetarian and am on approx 1,400 calories/day so I really need to be careful. Any tips would be reaaaallly appreciated.
