I had cauliflower rice about 3 years ago with a curry. It was super market bought & I think I just bunged it in microwave. Thought it was the vilest thing I'd ever eaten & swore never to eat it again.
But, I've seen it on TV a few times & heard folk raving about it, so decided to pick some up. Just sampled it by frying with onion, a bit of oil & spices & curry sauce- my lord - I'm a convert 
It's really not that far off the real thing. Only thing is it's a bit pricey at Sainsburys. I could grate my own, but not sure I'd get the same texture. How do you make yours? And any favourite recipes?
I'm already drooling at the thought of guilt free curry (we'll, kinda)...
