Finally like cauliflower rice!

I had cauliflower rice about 3 years ago with a curry. It was super market bought & I think I just bunged it in microwave. Thought it was the vilest thing I'd ever eaten & swore never to eat it again.

But, I've seen it on TV a few times & heard folk raving about it, so decided to pick some up. Just sampled it by frying with onion, a bit of oil & spices & curry sauce- my lord - I'm a convert Shock

It's really not that far off the real thing. Only thing is it's a bit pricey at Sainsburys. I could grate my own, but not sure I'd get the same texture. How do you make yours? And any favourite recipes?

I'm already drooling at the thought of guilt free curry (we'll, kinda)...

I've got a hand held blender that you can insert into a pot with a chopping blade - put a few roughly chopped up bits of cauliflower into the pot, blend for a few seconds and it comes out the perfect size.

Just Chuck some florets in the food processor. It's fine and much cheaper
