younger andd had more time....can i do it again

when i was 18 (i'm 29 now) i lost nearly 4 stones by exercising and watching my food. i piled it on when pg with DS and by 2004 was a lard arse again - weighing about 17 stone

I got down to 13 and a half in about 5 months using mostly diet and fell pg again in august 2005. i tried to be careful but am back to being lardy again.

I'm really unhappy and uncomfortable like this and would love to be a comfy size 12 again.

What I'm hoping for is someone to tell me i can do it and hopefully by the time i go to cyprus in august

i need some suggestions too as i'm limited on time with ajob and 2 kids and i don't really want to be cooking loads of different ,eals
