I'm waiting up to 7/01. What about you? What's your plan? I'm going to have soups for lunch and salads with the main meals.

I relaxed over xmas rather too much.Didn't help that I had pms cravings as well.

Terrified of going on the scales which I will do on 1st Jan. eeeeeeekk!

Am planning to go back on low carb as I find it suits me,tomorrow will buy myself a chocolate bar I think ,which will be the last for a long time.

I'm right back on the wagon on 2nd Jan Dh is also!

I think it will be easier if we both try it!!

I'm going back on slimming world plan & cutting out the drink altogether!

JamesAndTheGiantBanana · 31/12/2007 10:59

I'm back on the slimming world plan as of yesterday as I'm not bothered about drinking tonight. I had exactly one week off and binged horribly every day. I was staying at mils so I can blame stress and boredom for most of the bingeing!!! I had, amongst other things:

Most of a tin of chocolate biscuits (my present off mil)
Half a box of toffifee
two portions of fish n chips (homemade though not chipshop)
deep fried onion rings
whisky, vodka, wine, cider, baileys
party food like onion bhajis and cheesy things
half a smallish box of quality street
cheesecake, trifle, a mince pie and a dime bar
far far far too much white bread

I don't give a damn really, it's one weeks holiday, and now I'm back on track, which is what I told my consultant I would do. If you look at it long term it doesn't really matter, the important thing is not quitting altogether!

Sounds like we all had a bit more then we thought we would. Never mind, it's not over yeat but soon we'll be all slimmer if we try harder. Next temptetion will be Easter.
