What do I need to know!?!?!

Had a phone consultation with a doctor. I wanted Saxenda/Liraglutide but she was not aware that they could prescribe that without going to a diabetes clinic. I said I was hoping not to get to that level!

I can pick up the prescription on Friday.

If you have used it, and know the best things to do / not do (eat of a lot of fat obviously is off the menu) Please let me know, those things you wish someone had told you!

many many chubby thanks

Hello @Orlis how have you been getting on?

Christ has it been this long!!!

Well I started at 14.6, am now 13.8
Always low fat

Not sure if I would have lost the same amount on a low fat diet alone?

I have suffered the oily orange poop (really nasty)

Great news on the weight loss, not so great about the poop - this is exactly what I need to know. Have you made any other changes? I am using MyFitnessPal to log food to become more aware of what I’m eating and for me, portion sizes are a struggle. Sometimes I feel like I just need a kickstart and I’m wondering if my GP will prescribe as I meet all the criteria.

I'm trying to drink less, as i notice that when i drink wine

Stay under 15grams for each meal, dont trust a fart
if you want a 'day off' you need to come off about a week early

Hang on, so just over a stone in 3 months, but you've been watching your fat intake per meal and eating low fat as a general rule anyway? How is that any different to how you would have done without the drug? Plus you've had some fairly unpleasant side effects that generally don't happen without the drug.

I don't see the appeal/how they're marketing it?
