I was 9 stone 4lbs before the bug and am now 8 stone 8lbs. I am 5'2.
Basically that is almost the exact amount of weight I had been wanting to lose. I am being bridesmaid in August and so would love to keep to this weight now and then try and tone up a little.
I can be a bit of a pig and love stodgy foods.
At the moment my appetite is not yet back to what it was and so I am only eating bits and bobs here and there, but I know that once I feel ok again I will start pigging out.
I don't really exercise, other than doing the school run twice a day, but I thought about buying a skipping rope maybe ?
Any good ideas or tips to keep the weight off ??
