i really need to get rid of this bulgy tummy my son is 5months old now n my tummy is still 40inches wide ...so frustrating

You could start by joining a slimming club?

Or you could lose it by doing some exercises?

which is most effective and wat exercise do u reckon i shld do as the sit-ups is very strainous on the neck

The Bean is quite nifty. It is about £30 and you just sit on it and it does all the work.
Magic pants are good too..they squish all the baby tum flattish.

8 min abs... no straining of the neck. Ive been doing them. tough at first but take it slow and build up repitions

so it will download you a video file of an 8 minute ab exercise video which , if combined with a healthy diet and some aerobic exercise will go a long way to helping you i have a medical condition which makes exercise more difficult for me with my neck and back especially but i can do this and find the moves notr quiote as difficult when i started so it is definitely working. plus im fitting into clothes which i would have bulged over before
