Body skin care while losing weight rapidly

I'm on a strict diet at the moment and losing weight fairly rapidly. I'm worried about worsening stretch marks or getting saggy skin.

Is there anything that I can do to help reduce this? Should I just keep the skin well moisturised?

I think bio oil can be quite good?

Depends on how big you are and your skins natural elasticity . 100% . Imagine a balloon blown up , and it stays up for quite awhile. When it eventually deflates it can look wrinkly . Loose skin is basically skin that has stretched to accommodate the area it needs to cover . Once that cover has gone , it will hang in folds or wrinkly because it's area has gone.
If you are lucky with the elasticity / not many stones to lose / are not long term overweight / are still quite young , you could be fine.
Skin creams will help with the overall look but won't shrink any skin.

Bio oil is good for scarring.

You'd be better off slowing down your rate of weight loss to give your skin time to catch up.

Exercise? It's a must.
Lost 7+ stone.
Was doing gym 3x a week plus lots of walking. It's the only way.

Wow, 7+ stone is impressive. So do you think exercising helped keep your skin ok?

I'm hoping to lose 3 stone.
