Best meal replacement?

I've had covid and numerous chest infections along with poor mental health which has utterly skewed my eating habits. I'm trapped in a sugar addiction cycle I want to get out of. I need a kick start. I'm a working single parent, I have very little head space to plan/shop/count at the minute beyond my kids needs.

I'm thinking of trying meal replacement shakes/powders so that I can still have some nutrients and there's no.thought required other than my evening meal and 5 a day for a few weeks.

I will then get back on the Calorie deficit life plan that's worked well before (Team RH). I've got maybe 2 and a half stone to lose, but no rush to do so.

Any recommendations on which is the best to go for?

I found Slim and Save to be the nicest tasting. I lost 2 stone using the shakes and now maintain with a healthy balanced diet.
