Hello, Ladies! Shall we roll towards the computer to confess, or are we having to shout instructions to the kids having eaten too much to get through the door? Hmm, well, it's not New Year yet, but we'd better think about some resolutions as I don't know about you but will power seems to be a mite lacking in the HeavyBee household. I found myself making flapjacks this afternoon despite all my good intentions. What can we do about this?

eat them quickly now then they won't be lying around when your peckish

We got another 2 (plus the 2 we've already had...) tins of celebrations, which are being kept for easter. i have eaten my own body weight in chocolate, cake christmas pud (with cream) and trifle, not forgetting christmas cake, mince pies, sausage rolls - pass the rennies.

I am bursting out all over my jeans so Jan 2nd here i come......

I have been pretty bad but weighed myself this morning and am gald to only of put a bit on.
12st 2. hope to lose more this year than last year! Have extra motivation, i joined an online dating site!

I weighed myself yesterday and was not impressed. result of eating constantly for 7 days I suppose.

We need to buy new scales I think, the second new battery has had little useful effect. However, briefly, the scales woke up enough to say that I'm 9 stone 8lb, which would be all right if I were taller! I'm still aiming to get under nine stone, having come down from a fraction over ten. Here's the new thread for this week, then, before I forget all about it....
