I've tried OMAD (one meal a day) in the past but always got too hungry in the day & it didn't last. However, I seem to have trained my body over the years to fast for longer & haven't found it too bad so far.
Today is day 4. I'm a few lbs down, trying to keep it healthy and low carb (ish.) I'm technically doing 'dirty' OMAD as I can't go without my morning cuppa with a dash of milk. 
Feeling positive so far
I've got a bit of a challenge in a few days as my boyfriend is coming over for a week or so for his birthday and they'll be a few naughty meals and drinks. Going to try and keep exercise up though & I'd be pleased if I can stick to OMAD whilst he's here.
Anyone else done or doing OMAD?
