Is this a good rate of weight loss?

Started Jan 1st, so 19 days ago. Was 117.7 kg on day I started, and was 114.9 kg this morning, so 2.8kg loss in just under two weeks. Obv first few days was probably just water. Is this a sustainable weight loss, or too fast or too slow? Am hoping to get to 99kg overall but realistically would like to be 105kg by summer, so to lose about two stone.

Sounds good to me. They say roughly losing 2 to 3lbs a week, is healthy and sustainable. Good luck on your weight loss journey by the way xx

How you’re doing it is probably just as important as how quickly the weight is coming off. Are you eating well and getting active?

It sounds like you’re doing really well.

Sorry just under three weeks not just under two

Sustainable and sensible, well done.

I've given up on the scale, it's disheartening. I go by clothes now. My weight can fluctuate by 6lb a day depending on water retention, how much water i've drunk, period bloat, down to when I've had a poo.

Yeah I agree @itwasntaparty but the downward line on the graph keeps me motivated

Me too. I weigh once a week. That stops me getting obsessed with small day to day fluctuations. I’m at the maintenance phase now and it also alerts me to when I need to take action before it gets too out of hand.
