Please give me your recommendations! I really cannot diet. I end up binging. I've come across a couple of names on MN but not sure which book would be best for me...so please tell me your experiences! So far I've come across

Eating less by Gillian Riley
I can make you thin by Paul McKenna

I haven’t got the enthusiasm or energy to read about diets but in practical terms I found the Fast 800 recipe book very useful. It has plans, recipes and an intro to the diet - all you need to get going. Even if you don’t follow the diet, the recipes are useful for just having a selection of balanced low calorie/carb meal ideas.

James Smith not a diet book really helped me, I read it in September 2020 and have lost 7.5st since.
