Current weight is 10st 4lbs which puts me into the overweight category. I carry most of my weight on my stomach and look pregnant 🤰
I'm 5"2 which gives me a TDEE of 1550. 32 years old with 2 young dc and I suffer from chronic fatigue. The only "diet" I've found where I lose (albeit slowly!) is the 5:2 fast diet. It's hard to stick to consistently though, when loss is slow and eating can be quite disordered with my health.
Since having my second I haven't managed to stick to it long enough to lower my set point - I keep losing a few lbs then going back up to my starting point 
1550 cals TDEE is just so low that a takeaway once a week can throw me off losing any weight that week 
So does anyone want to join to keep the momentum up? What are your stats and what works for you?
