Hi, I started in October wanting to lose 2 stone and have lost the first 16lb very easily. It was more, but then Christmas set me back!

I've been surprised actually at just how easy I've found it, although I'm sure itll get harder the closer I get to my target.

It's a pretty straightforward concept- basically just lots of fresh fruit, veg, lean meat, pulses etc. You get a few healthy extras which are your dairy and wholegrain which you need to measure. Then you have foods with a syn value which you need to limit per day which are things like chocolate, full fat dairy, alcohol, processed food etc... if you join you will get a pack that tells you the syn value of just about every food on the planet! You get an allowance of 5-15 syns per day so you can eat those things just in moderation. There is also an app with tonnes of recipes you can follow.

I go to quite a big group, and I'd say most people are losing weight every week so its definitely worth a try. My husband has accirently lost a few stone that he didnt need to by me cooking SW recipes!

I tried it and nearly liked it. I can see how it could really work as I eat a lot but am very active and this gave me the opportunity to eat decent amounts of good for me foods like fruit, veg and eouhh rice, pasta etc. But I don't love rice and pasta only bread and cereal so struggled. It was slightly tricky as a vegan too. However I cancelled easily after 2 weeks and was refunded the other months so it's something iwould try again.
