Hello
Anyone out there doing this this year or before? I’ve done it before very successfully, but then fell pregnant (with my now 3 year old!).
I unfortunately gained what I lost in pregnancy (some after too). So now I finally want to shift it and partly because we want to try for baby number 2!! Except I’ve very overweight so would like to loose some to become healthier!
I’m going to keep a thread going here to remain accountable! Hopefully writing it down helps me stick to it!!
Starting weight - 18 stone 7lbs height 5foot6
