Might just be the NYE talk if resolutions etc but I'm determined to lose the weight once and for all in 2022..

Still haven't weighed myself from Xmas and don't plan too till at least the 3rd Jan 🤣

I'm weighing tomorrow. I haven't planned my meals yet but that's what tomorrow is about. Planning. And going for a walk or, maybe, R1W1 of c25k.

I'm going to do it this year, I've been slipping the last few years but I'm at my heaviest, unfittest and unhappiest so 2022 has to be the year of change!

I’m starting tomorrow. I can’t spend anymore time being as big as I am. I’m now classed as obese and I’m so uncomfortable not to mention embarrassed.

I'm starting to worry about the future and how this is going to affect my DS3.. I feel so ashamed I get so out of breath keeping up with him etc

Why not, it can actually be fun!!
Start with exercise first, maybe join a gym that holds lots of classes and you have machines you can use.

Then attempt the diet. You need to eat more when you exercise regularly at the gym, so it’s not about restrictions then, it’s about choosing protein foods and yummy banana pancakes with nuts!
