What keeps you motivated when losing weight?

What non scale victories are you hoping to achieve when losing weight?

Can't really comment on losing weight as only recently have been able to achieve. My non scale victories are that I'm not bloated as much and feeling a bit fitter with doing a little light exercise before bed so hoping I can keep this up as it's a type of exercise I actually enjoy and works wonders for my back.

Reading how others are losing a lot of weight is quite motivating also as it makes me well jell.

When I lost weight previously I managed to fit into lots of lovely size 10/12 clothes (no chance now!). They are still hanging in my wardrobe so really hoping my NSV will be to get back into them and feel confident again. Day 1 today, really hoping I can stay motivated this year!

I’m at target abs have been for a while now. It’s all about fitness and feeling healthy for me. I really like feeling strong and beating my precious personal bests in the gym etc. I’m going to focus on eating better food as a New Year’s resolution because that’s slipped a bit recently.

@Dumpydump I am sure you will fit back into them!! Keep going!
