Can I lose 4 stone in 5 months?

Ok I didn't intend to have to lose weight like this was but a bad bought of depression and I am at 16st with a wedding dress to fit into that will fit me at 12st

I have joined the gym and I am willing to do any kind of diet to get into this dress, is it possible?

I understand people saying to lose it healthily and previously I lost 2 stone slowly with diet and exercise. Then I got pregnant and suffered pnd and here I am with that 2 stone gained plus another 2 stone. Hence wanting to be 12st. But as it stands I am dreading my wedding day as I won't feel like myself with all this excess weight. It would be less than 3lbs a week which doesn't sound too crazy?

Yes, I have lost 4 stones in 14 weeks with The New You Plan, we have a thread on here.
It is the easiest diet I have ever done because I don't have to think about food.

@hellosunshineagainx I am needing to loose the same amount and hoping for roughly the same timescale too!!
