Anyone in sixties wanting to lose a stone or more in new year

I’ve lost 2 stone so far and would dearly love to lose just one more stone, basically asking if anyone wants to join me from jan1st!

I would like to join you.
I am starting into my sixties next year and need to lose at least 1 stone (that is 6 kg) after a year of enforced immobility. I have already started by locking the sweet stuff away into a cupboard and handing the key to DH (who is a sensible and disciplined eater).
