How to stop grazing

I eat pretty healthily, plenty of fruit and veg etc. My problem is that I am constantly picking/grazing. I can't seem to leave a long gap between meals. I constantly go looking for things to eat - it can be anything, not just chocolate or crisps but oat cakes, or cheese, or literally anything I find. Over a day I must eat 100's of extra calories in snacks. I think it's kind of a habit, I'm not particularly anxious or anything when I do it. Every day I start off with good intentions but it never lasts long. Has anyone stopped themselves doing this?

I used to do it.

I've been doing fasting for almost 3 years now. I find I crave snacks if I'm bored or tired. I had longer eating windows during pregnancy but back to much shorter one now baby is 3mth. Grazing was a bad habit I got in to when doing office work, there was always munchies at my desk. Fasting was hard early on but now I don't think about food much during them, I do enjoy a big evening meal and a brew with a snack after atm.
