I go to a morning group and always eat lightly the day before and have a light breakfast (yoghurt).

If it was an evening class - I could see the logic of not eating all day, but it is defeatist and not at all realistic - it would be far better to eat normally (within the diet 'rules' for that day - even havin your tea if your meeting is later on in the evening) - if you do the same every week then the weight lost will be true - although it is tempting to eat very little to have the scales show a lower weight!!!

I think consistency in what you do is the key - cos if you eat loads one day and the following week eat lightly and have a good weightloss, then the following week you have a big meal and not lose anything, then it is not representative! I try to look at the weight lost over a month as more of a motivator.

I go to WW at 5.30 in the evening (on a Wednesday).
I eat/drink as normal on weigh-in days.

How are you getting on?

I ate normally on weigh in days, ie I ate according to the plan, but wouldn't have my evening meal before going. And I always wore the same clothes.
