I am posting this here because it is usually weight that is the problem.
According to others who have written books and articles. It takes 60days to develop a new habit. Therefore the time to decide is now. (give or take)
I have been advised to write down my plan and have someone I trust to remind me of the plan so that I can become one of the few who succeed rather than the many who give up.
My list includes exercise and alcohol as well as diet.
So far so normal
I have an on-line friend who will 'mentor' me. It is arranged. I know him IRL, we now separated by miles and health issues that restrict travels.
Any comments?
