So I've recently lost almost 5 stone through simply eating better and being more active. The weight loss has plateaued now but I'm still a stone away from my goal. Has anyone had results from the keto diet and if so, could drop some simple meal ideas for me please? No dietary requirements, budget restrains not really an issue as I can make anything work for me and DD (2) so won't need to be buying 'extra' if that makes sense. Thanks!
